Fish Fry Fun!

Saturday September 25, 2021 from 12pm until 2pm there will be a Fish Fry Fellowship gathering at Chocolocca Community Church. All residents and family members from Real Life Recovery Women's house and Men's house are invited to attend. There will be chicken as well as fish available along with a variety of sides to choose from including cole slaw, pasta salad, fries, baked beans, and a variety of dessert options. We look forward to seeing everyone come together for fellowship with family and friends!

Our beautiful ladies attended Sunday School and Church with Pastor Jamie Holcomb at Choccolocco Community Church. They enjoyed retelling 1 Samuel Chapter 19 in story form in Sunday School. Check back for more information about the upcoming fish fry this weekend which will be a family event with both Real Life Recovery's Men's and Women's programs participating.

Real Life Recovery is located at 52888 U.S. Hwy 78 in Eastaboga, Alabama. This is the Women's program. Real Life is a twelve step oriented, faith based residential treatment facility. The program is a one year program. Our goal is to help women who struggle with chemical dependence overcome their addiction to drugs and alcohol and find solutions to their problems.

Our program consists of Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, Narcotics Anonymous meetings, Celebrate Recovery, bible study, and church services. Real Life Recovery offers parenting and GED classes as well. We assist residents with finding a job, transport them to work, church, meetings, court dates, and mental health appointments.
